GPX Player is a tool for Android developers that you can use to play GPX tracks on your desktop computer to mock track points on an Android device. Record a GPX or create it with your favorite GIS tool and send it to your connected mobile device.

GPX Player has been released on GitHub under a liberal Apache 2.0 license. Feel free to play around with it. Check it out on gpxplayer.nitri.org.
